CAMB MissionCAMB’s mission is to provide education, advocacy and networking opportunities to its members. This will result in members who are recognized service professional and will increase consumer awareness of and demand for the services provided by CAMB members. CAMB VisionThrough innovations in Education, Advocacy and Networking and through adherence to Best Practices and a stringent Code of Ethics, CAMB is the model for, and preeminent Mortgage Broker Trade Association in the industry elevating its members to the compelling first choice for anyone seeking the services of a proven service professional in the area of real property financing. It is CAMB’s VISION that: As a result of participation in the processes and programs designed and implemented by our organization, CAMB member mortgage brokers will earn the reputation as the compelling first choice to seek out by anyone engaged in a real property financing transaction. Implicit in this vision is that any mortgage broker not actively engaged with CAMB and not actively participating in the programs and processes offered to its members will, de-facto, be regarded with less esteem and afforded less credibility by industry partners, constituents and consumers. Additionally, it is CAMB’s vision that ours we will be the preeminent association model, emulated by other associations around the nation. Our members and leaders will be sought out whenever expert assistance regarding real property financing is needed whether by national, state, or local commerce or government agencies. The relentless focus on our vision will result in profitable, consumer-centric activities that minimize the incidence of fraud, predatory lending and privacy/security concerns because CAMB’s members will adhere to policies, procedures and a Code of Ethics and Best Practices that assure the availability and delivery of the highest standards of products and services. |
