Lou Garone , Certified General Appraiser

Mr. Garone holds both the SRA and MAI designations from the Appraisal Institute.  He has served as an equalization hearing officer for Adams County, and has established an appraising career that includes experience in all facets of residential and commercial properties, expertise in eminent domain, and extensive experience of the review process from both an administrative as well as a technical perspective.  He began his appraisal career with Richard Day for residential properties and Clifford L. Cryer for commercial properties, worked with Mellon Mortgage, managed the litigation department for Valuation Appraisals and worked with Aurora Loan Services/Lehman Brothers Bank as an appraisal reviewer for properties across the country and developed all of the appraisal related training materials for underwriting and staff risk analysts. Most recently, Lou has joined I.J. Hill Appraisal Services as the head of the new Denver office where he is in charge of all operations and appraisers.
