Membership in CAMB

Membership is hereby requested in the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB) and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) as follows: (Annual dues automatically includes membership in NAMB).

Membership in CAMB is good for one year, on an anniversary basis.

PLEASE NOTE:

New member applications shall be submitted to the membership committee for its review and further submission to a vote of the board of directors at its next regularly scheduled meeting. Applications for professional, affiliate or associate membership shall require a majority affirmative vote of the board of directors at such meeting.

The Association will reciprocate equally in requiring our members to join the “NAMB”, and “NAMB” will require their members in the Association’s territory to join the Association.

All professional members are required to be registered with the Colorado Division of Real Estate and MUST provide their registration number or proof of exemption.

There are three categories of membership:

Professional Member (Broker)

  • Only available to individuals acting as Mortgage Brokers
  • 1 year membership = $300, plus a one-time application fee of $50 (anniversary)

Affiliate Member (Related Industry "C" Lender, Bank Title Company, etc.)

  • Available to businesses engaged in mortgage related business, which are NOT operating as Mortgage Brokers
  • 1 year membership = $395, plus a one-time application fee of $50 (anniversary)

Associate Member (non-voting member)

  • Only available to employees of a business that has at least one current primary member in the Professional or Affiliate category
  • 1 year membership = $100
  • Please include name of primary member
